Where do you ship?
We ship across the UK and to selected countries in Europe. UK delivery is free on orders over £150.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock pieces arrive within 3-5 working days. Made-to-order lights take 2-3 weeks, as shown on each product page.
What bulbs do your lights use?
Each product page lists the fitting (E27, E14, GU10 or integrated LED). Where a bulb is included, it's noted in the description.
Can I return an item?
Yes - you have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund. Made-to-order pieces are excluded unless faulty.
Are your lights really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is shaped, assembled and finished by hand in small batches, so slight natural variations are part of the character.
