Yes — UK delivery is free on all orders over £100. Below that, a small flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also view your orders in your account.

You have 14 days to return unused items in their original packaging for an exchange or refund. Made-to-order pieces are excluded unless faulty.

Every light comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Yes. Every piece is shaped, assembled and finished by hand in small batches, so slight natural variations are part of the character.

Each product page lists the fitting (E27, E14, GU10 or integrated LED). Where a bulb is included, it's noted in the description.

Natural materials such as rattan, travertine, solid wood and hand-blown glass, chosen to age beautifully over time.

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Keep electrical parts away from water.
