Luxanova offers decorative lighting products including but not limited to:

Ceiling Lights
Pendant Lights
Wall Lights
Table Lamps
Floor Lamps

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions or packaging may occur due to manufacturing updates, screen settings or lighting conditions.

Measurements shown on product pages are approximate.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either:

a full refund; or
an alternative product of equivalent value.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are clearly indicated before checkout.

6. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

Luxanova reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

payment cannot be verified;
pricing errors occur;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
products are unavailable.

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

10. Right to Cancel

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Returned products must:

be unused;
be in their original packaging;
include all accessories;
be in resalable condition.

11. Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the item is defective;
the wrong item was supplied;
the item arrived damaged.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

12. Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

13. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

your order number;
photographs of the item;
photographs of the packaging.

We will investigate the issue and offer an appropriate solution, including replacement, repair or refund where applicable.

14. Warranty

All products sold by Luxanova benefit from a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

accidental damage;
misuse;
incorrect installation;
normal wear and tear;
modifications carried out by the customer.

15. Product Installation

Electrical products should be installed by a qualified electrician where required.

Luxanova shall not be liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation or improper use.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxanova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
