Pendant Lights
Wall Lights
Table Lamps
Floor Lamps

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, finish or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing updates, monitor settings or photography.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£).

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Luxanova reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A sales contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

Luxanova reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

pricing errors;
payment issues;
suspected fraud;
product unavailability.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must:

be unused;
be in their original packaging;
include all accessories;
be suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.

9. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

your order number;
photographs of the product;
photographs of the packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

11. Warranty

All products supplied by Luxanova are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

accidental damage;
misuse;
improper installation;
normal wear and tear;
unauthorised modifications.

12. Product Installation

Electrical lighting products should be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and, where appropriate, by a qualified electrician.

Luxanova is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation or improper use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxanova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions, is the property of Luxanova or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
